NYCN NNEWI NORTH: URUAGU WARD II GETS NEW COUNCILLOR

The National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Nnewi North Local Government Area Chapter, wishes to inform members and stakeholders that during the General Meeting of Uruagu Ward II, held on 20th September 2026 at Nnewi Hotel, Comr. Ejikeme Nzube Thankgod was formally handed over the responsibility of serving as the Councillor representing Uruagu Ward II. The handover was witnessed by the NYCN Nnewi North Coordinator and members of the Local Government Executive Council. The new Councillor was charged to provide purposeful representation, strengthen youth participation within the Ward, build on existing efforts, and work towards taking the Council to greater heights. We therefore call on the youths and leadership of Uruagu Ward II, as well as the entire NYCN Nnewi North family, to accord Comr. Ejikeme Nzube Thankgod the necessary cooperation and support as he carries out the responsibilities entrusted to him.
